Services like CareerBuilder and Monster are pricey. I’m looking for some insights into the mix others are using to attract quality job applicants that are more affordable.
With the explosion of LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook there seems to be many other options to consider.

I am more interested in the methods used in social networking and job posting syndication through various free methods. We have a comprehensive website to display the job postings and to receive applications.
